Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions apply in all cases to protect both you and us.

Remember you only pay for the time you use - flexible, efficient and cost-effective.

We require you to register your personal or company details with us and all relevant information.

A completed Booking Form is required before any work is undertaken.

Fees are based on an hourly rate reflecting the complexity of the task. You only pay for the time taken and services provided. When appropriate, a deposit of 50% of the cost will be required before the work commences.

Additional costs will be incurred for hard copy, postage and telephone calls.

An invoice will be issued on the completion of the task. Terms are strictly 7 days from the date of the invoice, unless otherwise negotiated.

Payment is to be made by cheque or BACS. Any bank charges incurred as a result of returned cheques shall be the responsibility of the client.

All of our clients are guaranteed that their work is handled in a confidential, secure and discreet manner and will not be disclosed to any other party, directly or indirectly, nor will any information received from a client be used to benefit Typewright. We are happy to sign a Confidentiality Agreement if required.
